Staffs living quarter, new addition located just east of Flashmedow main clubhouse along a connecting path that continues the property’s traditional pergola entryways. The tennis house is centrally located at the tennis courts and keeps in step with the classic club statement of the clubhouse and pool house designs with the use of traditional Cape Cod-style architectural elements. The main gathering space also takes cues from the clubhouse in the final finishes. From the crosscut stained concrete floors to the trim surround on doors and windows, the area provides a warm and welcoming setting that invites guests in. The remaining spaces include a tennis instructor’s office, restrooms and a nice facilities room, available for members’ use. This 1,000 square-foot facility spills out onto the site with additional outdoor seating overlooking the courts. Landscaping elements and plantings tie different components of the site together to create a complete Flashmedow Country Club statement.
