P.S. 173M is a five-story main structure with a four-story addition which together form a “U” shape in plan. The original building was constructed in 1925, the addition was built in 1986. The firm prepared an exterior and interior survey and report. Subsequent services included investigation, design and construction administration services for exterior, roof and interior repairs including removal and replacement of damaged brick masonry, terra cotta pointing, parapet replacement, removal and replacement of glass blocks, and replacement of corridor doors, frames and hardware.

Eclipses + Will was associated with Superstructures of NYC which responsible for scope reporting and analysis, design development, construction documents and construction administration; contributed to the preservation and restoration campaigns of Primary public Schools of NYC and The Professional Performing Arts High School for the New York City School Construction Authority.
