Eclipses + Will was associated with E.P.G of Seoul which responsible for Far East District U.S Army Code of Engineer / Regulation analysis and coordination with consultants/contractor. Direct three joint collaboration well known companies to produce “Design Development Technical Proposal Summary” for LH of Korean Gov't approval and bid. Filter by oversea collaborate Hawaiian company Richard Matsunaga & Associates Architects of Hawaii, provided adequate coordination for each parties.
