Canal De Panama

Panama City, Panama

The modern design and color scheme of the interiors contrasts with the Gothic Revival-style envelope of the building. E.A. was retained to perform an interior finishes investigation. Over 80 samples were taken and reviewed as part of the investigation, and included walls, baseboards, mounting rails, flooring, tabletops, and chairs. Original finishes were identified and matched to colors from the Munsell Standard System of Color Notation and their closest Benjamin Moore color equivalents.

The perimeter walls are load bearing brick masonry atop which rises the wood framed roof structure finished with slate tiles. E.A. Sprovided investigation, design, and construction administration services.
