Eclipses + Will was associated with Hyundai Architects & Engineering of Seoul which responsible for Design Dept. and Construction site coordination with consultants (Burns & McDonnell, Allies & Morrison) /contractor(Hyundai Engineering & Construction) and directed jointed collaboration companies/subcontractors to produce Shop drawings for approval. Simultaneously collaborated three different sites which are Diwan Annex, Amiri Guard, National Archive and JK1 The relational ship development extended to the subcontractors which was key and is reflected by the overall percentages of submissions, which at the end of January 2012 was in the region of approx. 20%, as of 120 days after join the team the percentage is 84%

 

Project size:

1. Diwan Annex: B2~6 floor /total of 78,853 sq.m

2. Amiri Guard: B3~ 4floor / total of 37,826 sq.m

3. National Archive: B2 floor.~12 floor. / total of 29,683 sq.m

4. JK1: B3~5 floor / total of 15,000 sq.m (provisional sum).
