The Plaza features 181 apartments facing to the north and east and hotel rooms facing south. Residences are equipped with high ceilings, period moldings and mantelpieces. Kitchens contain stone countertops and mosaic marble-tiled backsplashes.

Eclipses + Will was associated with Thierry W. DeSpont LTD of NYC which responsible for technical details, construction documents; contributed to the 100% construction document issue of the Superior an apartment at the Plaza; developed construction details using contemporary structural and sustainable technology while following the design directive to preserve cultural heritage and architectural legacy of historic district of New York City. Designed preliminary space planning of 13,000-sq.ft-hotel suite.
